The TY students, their Form Teachers Ms Mackin, Ms Donnelly, Ms Brophy, Ms Quinn, their Year Head Ms McElligott, their TY Co-ordinator Mr Reade gathered in person and virtually, with the Principal Mr Nealon and the Chairperson of the Board of Management Dr James Reilly to receive their Certificates of Resilience. The students were praised for the incredible attitude they displayed this year, not even a global pandemic could stop them. They can be justifiably proud of the key skills and attitudes they have developed. The students accepted the certificates in recognition of their bravery, courage, determination, patience and positive approach to school in spite of the impact of COVID-19. In homage to Charlie Mackesy ‘ They got up and carried on. They are brave and magnificent.'
