Having consulted with the Parents Association and the Student Council we are delighted that St Joseph’s is now introducing a PE uniform. Last year participation rates increased significantly due to students being allowed wear PE gear on the day they have PE, so we have decided to introduce a PE uniform. Having a PE uniform will also significantly increase the amount of time students spend participating in PE.

  • The PE uniform will be worn on the day the student has PE or when instructed by a teacher (school excursion, match, etc.)
  • 5th and 6th year students that have participated in TY can wear their TY tracksuit on days they have PE.
  • The PE uniform consists of a ¼ zip sweatshirt and a tracksuit bottom/leggings

The uniform will be available from www.bodibro.ie and are priced at

¼ Zip and Tracksuit bottoms €65.00 and ¼ Zip and leggings €70.00.

Next Steps

Fitting for all students of the PE uniforms will take place in the school on the 10th and 11th of November with Bodibro.

The online Shop will then open from November 11th to December 11th and the Uniform must be purchased during this time.

All orders will be processed AFTER the closing date of December 11th and delivered to your home approximately 5 weeks after that.

Thank you for your support with this If you have any questions please contact the office.

Kind regards,

Daragh Nealon
