It is a time when we celebrate and recognise the unique opportunities of Catholic Education. It is celebrated all over the world during this week. The theme for this year is Alive in Christ.

This week we will be celebrating Catholic Schools Week. It is a time when we celebrate and recognise the unique opportunities of Catholic Education. It is celebrated all over the world during this week. The theme for this year is Alive in Christ.

On Thursday 16th January, our Ember Team visited St. Patricks Campus, DCU, Drumcondra for their Ember Renewal Day. This was an opportunity for our students to meet with other Ember teams from Dublin schools to share their achievements to date and to be provided with fresh ideas for the rest of the year ahead.
Students gathered in prayer and reflection. A lovely day was had by all

The Ember Team will read a short prayer and reflection over the intercom each morning for all staff and students.
There are sub themes that will be explored each day and all students will participate in activities during their RE classes each day.
The sub-themes are as follows:
Monday: Life to the Full in Our Community of Friends
Tuesday: Life to the Full in Our Faith Community
Wednesday: Life to the Full in Our Families
Thursday: Life to the Full, for and with Others
Friday: Life to the Full for the Common Good of All
