Code Plus Success: TY Girls Named Team of the Year!
We are thrilled to celebrate the success of our Transition Year students who took part in the Code Plus programme this year. In association with the Trinity Access Programme (TAP), Code Plus is an initiative designed to bridge the gender gap in the tech industry by providing girls with hands-on experience in computer science, coding, and problem-solving.
After a year of dedicated learning and project development, the girls attended their graduation ceremony in Smithfield today, where they were officially named Team of the Year! This prestigious award recognizes not only their technical skills but also their exceptional teamwork and innovation. We are immensely proud of their commitment to exploring the world of STEM and their well-deserved victory on the big stage.
