On October 7th, a group of our Transition Year students attended the Cycle Against Suicide Headstrong Summit in The Great Hall, Royal Hospital Kilmainham — a powerful event dedicated to youth mental health and wellbeing.

During the summit, the group proudly accepted the school’s eighth Ambassadors Award, recognising their continued commitment to promoting positive mental health within our school community.

Students were also inspired by several motivational keynote speakers who shared their experiences and insights on resilience, self-care, and leadership. Throughout the day, they had the opportunity to engage with a range of Irish mental health organisations, gaining valuable knowledge and resources to bring back and share with their peers.
