On Friday, May 1st, our school community stood shoulder-to-shoulder for positive mental health.
We started bright and early at 7:20 AM at the beach carpark for our school’s Darkness Into Light walk in aid of Pieta House. It was incredible to see such a massive turnout of senior students and staff keeping our annual tradition alive (and the treats back at the school at 8:20 AM were well deserved!).

The energy stayed high all day for Schools Go Orange with Cycle Against Suicide. Our stationary bike stations owere buzzing, thanks to a fantastic, highly coordinated effort from our TY students on the rota and the staff who supported them.
Thank you to everyone who took part, supported, and helped us reinforce the vital message that it’s OK not to feel OK, and it’s absolutely OK to ask for help. A special thanks to the team of TY students who manned the Appreciation station .

A huge thank you to the brilliant TY members of our Headstrong committee, who brought so much energy and color to our breaktime with their fantastic face-painting station!
