Aoife’s hard-hitting project, "The Plastic Cycle," investigates the alarming reality of microplastic pollution in our schools and daily environment—even tracking how it sneaks into school lunches. Her work caught the eye of more than just the judges; Aoife was filmed by RTÉ to discuss her investigative findings and the global impact of plastic pollution.
