1st years jumped at the chance to get away together last Thursday on a year group trip to Causey Farm.
This was a fantastic opportunity for them to get to know each other a bit better with a little bit of team bonding.
We have some fantastic bakers among us who made lovely loaves of bread and brought them home to show them off.
We had a tour of the farm, where they fed the lambs and goats and met the new puppies.
The tour was topped off with a trip down to the bog.
There was plenty of fun and craic to be had jumping in and out of the bog and the 1st years were quick to help each other out of the bog too when they were stuck.
Well done to 1st years on their kindness to each other.
We look forward to going away together as a group in the future
