Students faced the Judges with their pitches and here are the Award winners. Congratulations to all involved in the fundraising, supporting the students with their ideas and pitches and those who had to make the difficult decisions.
Presenting our TY Salters Sterling Award Winner, the Transition Year Mentoring, the First, Second and Third Year Engagement and Resilience Award Winners. The Awards were presented in person at the Ceremony event hosted by TCD.
Formal Assessments will take place for all first, second and fifth year students beginning Thursday 26th May for fifth years, Monday 30th May for first & second years. Timetables and Information available here.
The Cypriote Ambassador to Ireland with Minister for State, Joe O’ Brien visit St. Joseph’s to celebrate EU 50 Europe Project and hear about the EPAS Programme , European Studies, and Politics & Society in our school.
Our First Year Gaelic Football team have ended their campaign on a high as Tom Quinlan Cup Champions. A last minute point secured the victory. Congratulations to the players and mentors.
Thursday 5th May 2022 saw the third year group head off on a long awaited group trip. Plenty of good humour and smiling faces evident.
May 6th saw a welcome return to in person science exhibitions students presented projects at SciFest@College DCU and SciFest@College TU Grangegorman. Students represented their school with distinction yet again.
Activities are taking place throughout the week encouraging physical activity, and mindful activity. Watch out for the Learning Leaders pop up activities. Cycle against Suicide, Walk for Water, Bake sale and Music events. Get involved.
Thursday 8th April First Years headed off as a Year Group to Causey Farm for some fun, the photos tell the story, mission accomplished.
