The aim of the drive is to encourage, improve and reward attendance.
Our  Ember Team researched and created a wonderful Project about her life and her importance to our faith. Students presented their project in St. Maurs Parish Masses on Saturday and Sunday,
TY EU Studies students attended a Zoom call with MEP Ciaran Cuffe . This was an engaging question and answer session. Topics included democracy, climate change, farmer protests, plastic packaging ,young voters as well as his work as a MEP.
Announcing our award winners .The Leaving Certificate Applied National Awards (LCANA) “Feargal Quinn Awards” are presented each year to those students who obtain the top results in the Leaving Certificate Applied Examination nationwide.
The theme for this year is Catholic Schools: Communities of Service.
Pre-loved christening, communion, and confirmation clothing sale on this Saturday the 20th of January in Rush Sailing Club
All 1st and 2nd year students will be taking part in a Reading for Pleasure programme 'Lets' Read', a targeted intervention to improve literacy levels, attitude towards reading for pleasure and to encourage reading as a pastime outside of school.
Wishing our twenty Young Scientists 2024 well as they represent St Joseph's Secondary School in the RDS this week. The Science and Computer Science Dept are so proud of all these students. Enjoy all this event has to offer.
St Joseph's Secondary School have received a tess ( Tusla Education Support Service ) award ,a virtual badge we received for our work on promoting positive attendance .
There will be a non-uniform day, with students encouraged to wear Christmas Jumpers or Christmas Hats and to donate what they can, with €2 as a guide.
